一、基本信息:
曹翠,女,获西北大学博士学位,校聘副教授,硕士生导师。主要从事多糖/寡糖的结构与功能研究,具体包括:(1)天然多糖的分离纯化、生物活性及构效关系研究;(2)多糖通过肠道菌群影响人体健康的作用与机制。近3年,以第一作者在Food Chemistry、Food & Function等国际TOP期刊发表SCI论文3篇。邮箱:ccmhdmf@163.com。
